Information You Provide

You may provide account identifiers, display names, party names, referral link choices, custom referral text, support messages, settings, purchase choices, and gameplay actions when using Mana Panic.

Do not enter sensitive personal information into player-controlled text fields. Display names, party metadata, referral details, and leaderboard records may be visible to other players, the public guide, or operators.

Browser-Local And Offline Data

Mana Panic can store settings, cache entries, offline manifests, shipped assets, local progression, screenshots, exports, pending submissions, and similar runtime data in your browser or device storage.

Local browser data helps the game load faster and support offline-capable play. It can be cleared through browser controls, device cleanup tools, private browsing behavior, or game reset flows.

Account And Session Data

When you use HL account features, Mana Panic may process account IDs, account handles, session state, login or guest mode, premium state, progression sync state, wardrobe ownership, unlocks, and account-backed run records.

Account data is used to provide account progression, premium benefits, wardrobe cosmetics, server-backed validation, referrals, leaderboards, abuse prevention, and support.

Gameplay, Co-op, And Leaderboard Data

Mana Panic may process gameplay data such as run starts, run finishes, validated run receipts, vocation, ascension, boss clears, timer, kills, damage, equipment, build choices, party size, party leader, public room state, invite state, and player appearance.

Validated leaderboard entries and public guide snapshots may display selected gameplay details publicly. Co-op features may share session and run state with party members or players browsing public rooms.

Payments And Virtual Benefits

Payment providers may process payment details. Depending on the payment rail, this can include card checkout details, selected currency such as USD or BRL, Pix payment metadata, stablecoin token and network choices, wallet addresses, treasury or payment addresses, order identifiers, transaction hashes, signatures, claim status, fraud checks, and provider responses.

Mana Panic generally receives payment status, purchase selections, entitlement results, transaction metadata, and records needed to deliver or reconcile premium, Lux Coins, wardrobe cosmetics, shards, or other virtual benefits.

High Leverage Studios uses payment and entitlement records to deliver purchases, investigate failures, prevent abuse, respond to disputes, and maintain account history.

Referrals

Referral features may process default and custom referral links, click counts, sign-up counts, purchase attribution, source hosts, recent activity, eligibility state, cooldowns, and related fraud-prevention signals.

Referral data is used to operate the referral tracker, attribute traffic, prevent abuse, and evaluate future campaigns without promising any specific reward unless a separate campaign says so.

Analytics, Logs, And Diagnostics

When configured, Mana Panic may collect analytics events such as screen views, run choices, class choices, account mode, settings interactions, and feature usage. Analytics are optional in builds where no analytics key is configured.

Operational logs may include request metadata, timestamps, IP-derived routing data, browser or device hints, error details, service responses, and security events needed to keep the game reliable, investigate abuse, and fix production problems.

How Information Is Used And Shared

Information is used to run the game, provide account and co-op features, sync progression, deliver purchases, publish leaderboards, operate referrals, secure the service, debug failures, understand feature health, and communicate policy or service updates.

High Leverage Studios may share information with service providers that help operate accounts, hosting, analytics, payments, security, support, and communications. Information may also be shared when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a studio transaction such as a reorganization or asset transfer.

Retention, Choices, And Children

High Leverage Studios keeps information as long as needed for the purposes above, including account history, entitlement records, payment reconciliation, security, abuse prevention, support, legal requirements, and backups.

You can clear browser-local data through your browser or game reset controls. Account, payment, leaderboard, referral, or support records may require contacting High Leverage Studios through the official support Discord at discord.gg/XqCuyz9ZUA, through https://highleverage.studio, or through the relevant provider, and some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational, legal, security, or dispute reasons.

Mana Panic is not directed to children under the age required for online services in their location. If you believe a child provided personal information without required permission, contact High Leverage Studios through https://highleverage.studio so the request can be reviewed.

International Processing, Security, And Updates

Information may be processed in countries where High Leverage Studios or its providers operate. Security safeguards are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
